At Myofort, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to have a positive experience.

Change of Mind Returns

Due to the nature of nutritional and ingestible products, we are unable to accept returns for opened or used items unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

For unopened products in their original condition, customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Approved returns should be sent to the address provided by our support team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was supplied incorrectly or arrived damaged.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A refund to the original payment method

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened nutritional supplements
  • Used products
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or clearance items

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
